For the last twelve years I have the opportunity to sell sophisticated solutions to large companies on one hand and also retail products on the other hand. I have met the the best Sales People on the market, I have received trainings from the most experienced Sales Consultants and have learned this:

The reason why I cofounded my own consulting company was to help local companies develop their internal sales environment, to provide bespoke trainings for sales people and mostly to teach them how to provide the best customer care.
